The bottom floor of the Abacos features Pecan Jacks (best ice cream and candy on 30A), a surf shop, nail salon and spa, and the lively Growler Garage tap room. Next door is Shunk Gulley, one of the most popular and fun restaurants and live music venues on 30A. Talk about convenience! Hop right across the street and you will discover the colorful and exciting Gulf Place community. Here you will find several award winning restaurants like the Perfect Pig, Pizza By The Sea and Shelby’s Bar and Grill. As well as everyone’s favorite little coffee shop, Sunrise Coffee and YOLO, the best place to rent paddle boards and electric bikes. There is also a liquor store, convenience store, an artist circle, plenty of boutique shopping and a large grass lawn that is pet friendly and the perfect place to play. This property is located directly on the Timpoochee Trail, a beautiful 19 mile paved bike trail that runs along 30A and the Gulf, and takes you through all the different eclectic little beach towns along the way.
