Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.

- This villa is located in Palmilla Norte on the second row from the beach in a small, gated community called Punta Bella, which can be found on the Golden Corridor heading south-west from San Jose towards Cabo San Lucas. Here, you will enjoy access to the stunning golden sands of Playa Punta Bella where you can enjoy unparalleled privacy. Only guests and homeowners staying in Punta Bella have access to this stretch of beach, which means that you can kick back in peace. If, however, you would rather immerse yourself in the culture of the local area, the town of San Jose is just a few minutes away by car. Likewise, this villa is within easy reach of some of the world's best golf courses.

- Walking distance from a sandy beach which is swimmable at your own risk under good conditions but is best suited for strong swimmers.
- A great option for families with children. Pool can be childproofed.
- Bedrooms 6 and 7 have 2 single beds that can convert into a king-size bed (upon prior request)
- Not recommended for wheelchair users.
- Bedrooms are on the small side for a villa of this magnitude, but with such amazing sociable areas, it is clear this Cabo villa was built for entertaining.
- A minimal Environmental Sanitation fee is charged per night and paid to the local government of Baja California Sur.
