If you want to be close to the action, but just a few blocks out of the noise then this location is great, located on the hill side to provide amazing views from roof top pool area, located in Alta Vista in same general area as Zona Romantica, this location up a hill(so you have to be ok walking up hill or taking Uber/Taxi, building does not have elevator there are 22 stairs(2 flights) up to condo door from main entrance. Local food market is close by that you can walk to and shop like a local, there are 2 small mom/pop mini marts in the neighborhood you can get some basics from.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
