The beach is just a short (0.2 mi.) walk from your front door and the family-friendly Herb Dolan Park is only a few steps away, offering waterfront picnic tables and a playground. Shared bikes are provided for easy beach and neighborhood cruising. There is also an assortment of beach gear available for use during your stay. At home, cool off with a dip in the private pool, stretch out on one of the sun loungers, or throw some burgers on the grill and flip the TV on for a game-day barbecue. The bar area also includes a mini fridge for keeping cold drinks on hand. The renovated interior is divided into two separate apartments - each fully furnished for standalone living. Two full kitchens are appointed with all the major appliances and accessories needed for flexible meal planning. Stream shows and movies on smart TVs or use the in-home WiFi to catch up on some remote working. Additional perks include central air-conditioning and two washer/dryers.
