No matter how you spend your days, it’s a pleasure coming home to the property’s lovely outdoor space. Head out back to watch your kids play tag in the yard, light the gas grill for a barbecue dinner, and settle in on cushioned seats on the shaded rear patio. The living space is all on one level, with central air conditioning and complimentary WiFi keeping you comfortable throughout. Enjoy a kitchen with updated appliances, an adjacent dining area, and a large living room where you can gather to stream movies at night. All three bedrooms have TVs, including the primary suite with its own attached bathroom. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
