Peruse the unique shops, food carts, and eateries in town, then return home to take a dip in the heated pool (available seasonally) and relax in over 9,000 square feet of beautiful, landscaped gardens. This tranquil home is ideal for getting around on foot, with off-street parking provided. The neighborhood is incredibly walkable, with new sidewalks and landscaping on SW Capitol Highway leading into Multnomah Village. The large corner lot is something special, with its professionally maintained gardens and private pool (with plenty of beach towels provided!). There’s patio seating beneath the trees for morning coffee in the front yard, as well as a partially covered rear deck with a gas grill for afternoon barbecues. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
