Located on the first floor of a historic building, this fully renovated retreat is spread over two floors and features a lovely balcony overlooking the town centre of Chamonix.
Internally, it has 3 bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with modern utilities that provide an effortless self-catering stay for 7 guests. There is a beautiful and spacious living room built with all-wood furniture and featuring a traditional Savoyard-style dining setup. There is also a Smart TV, PS4 with games, large sofas, and an open kitchen that further completes the classy, mountain-style living space. In the kitchen, guests have access to modern utilities that make your stay here absolutely hassle-free and completely enjoyable. These include a dishwasher, oven,and toaster, among others.

1) The entrance to the property is under surveillance 24 hours a day. So, don’t forget to lock the front door and smile, you are being filmed.
2) Pets are not allowed and non-compliance will lead to an immediate halt on your stay.
3) Be careful with the light and the heating. This is a smart house and if you leave the light and heating on for too long, they will turn off automatically.
4) The apartment is antique and made of wood. Therefore, candles and other items that can catch fire are not allowed.
Location
The mountain-view apartment enjoys an enviable location in Chamonix, with amenities all around and the ski lifts close at hand. Within a 10-minute walk, guests can access Le Brevent ski lift, train station Aiguille du Midi, a plethora of restaurants, and most of Chamonix’s iconic landmarks including Gare du Montenvers, a typical funicular. By taking this funicular guests can also visit the most breathtaking locations of Mer de Glace and Grotto de Glace. Beyond skiing, hiking and nature enthusiasts will also find this apartment a convenient base as Lac des Gaillands and Montblanc-Loisirs are just a 7-minute drive from here. Meanwhile, day trips to Argentière, thermal spas of Saint Gervais and Parc de Merlet can also easily be taken from here within a 15-30 minute drive.
A supermarket and ski rental are also a few minutes walk away and make the apartment an efficient self-catered stay. The nearest international airport is Geneva airport, approximately a 1 hour and 10 minutes car ride from this holiday apartment in Chamonix.
