This beautifully crafted house provides the perfect combination of rustic charm and modern luxury, with everything you need for a relaxing getaway. Peacefully surrounded by natural beauty the property enjoys its own private wellness zone. Guests can unwind in the sauna, take a soak in the hot tub or simply relax on the spacious deck whilst enjoying a tranquil view of the river – the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or watch the sunset over the water. There is also plenty of outdoor seating and a barbecue grill to host a summer cookout with friends and family.
Inside, the property enjoys a spacious living area furnished with two comfortable sofas, a flatscreen, digital HDTV (with Netflix), a dining table and a cosy fireplace. This area also incorporates the kitchen fitted with; a cooker hob, an induction hob, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee machine and a fridge freezer. The hosts have also provided a selection of board games, a PS4, a badminton set and table tennis. Guests also can rent canoes and three bicycles from the host.

The property is located a 2-minute walk from the center of Lasinja a small village situated in a valley in Central Croatia on the banks of the Kupa River. The surrounding area offers a mix of historical, cultural, and natural attractions, providing visitors with various activities to enjoy.
The historic city of Karlovac is a 40-minute drive from the property. Founded as a defensive fortress against Ottoman invasions the city is located at the confluence of four rivers: the Kupa, Korana, Mrežnica, and Dobra. Here guests can explore the old town, visit Dubovac Castle which looks over the city or simply relax in the picturesque Korana River Park.
Other popular excursions include; a trip to Rastoke (a one-hour 12-minute drive) a charming village known for its watermills, and waterfalls, a visit to Žumberak-Samoborsko Gorje Nature Park to explore its diverse flora and fauna, hiking trails and picturesque landscapes. or a guided tour of the Barać Caves (a one-hour 25-minute drive away) which are known for their impressive stalactite and stalagmite formations.
