The entry level hosts a comfortable living room with plush sofas and custom-designed lounge chairs. The spacious dining room table has seating for 8 guests. The private apartment suite is located on the ground level with access from two locations. This room offers a king-size bed and a twin-over-full-size bunk beds. This suite has a kitchenette, a spacious living area and a flat-screen TV. Upstairs, you’ll find 3 additional bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom. The 3rd bedroom has a queen-size bed, while the fourth has a twin-size bed and twin-size bunk beds. There is also an elevator that goes to all 3 floors. Rinse off the gulf coast sand with an outdoor shower. Enjoy amazing views from the rooftop terrace. A one-car garage for guest access....

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
