A modern fully equipped kitchen makes staying in or entertaining a breeze, along with a private patio, balcony, and grill. The bedrooms are located on the second floor, along with a full bathroom, while a half-bath powder room is located downstairs for your convenience. The primary bedroom is furnished with a comfy King bed and access to the home’s balcony, while the guest room is furnished with two Twin beds and a Twin trundle. Start your mornings with a cup of delicious coffee from nearby cafes before taking a leisurely stroll to the beach. With beach stairs just moments away, you’ll have easy access to the sun, sand, and surf. And after a day of seaside fun, unwind in the community pool or soak your cares away in the hot tub. An ocean view just steps around the corner from your front door, 10 to be exact, to see the sunset (and maybe a green flash) and just a few more to the private beach access stairs. Upon booking, you will be asked to complete a verification prompt along with your rental agreement. - The home requires the navigation of stairs, with multiple stories as well as several stairs to access the beach. - This property enforces a No Smoking policy, both within and outside the home - NO EXCEPTIONS - Although the ambiance of a fireplace is cozy, please note that ours is not usable. - This home is located in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no-tolerance policy around loud noise, excessive drinking that is disruptive to neighbors, over-occupancy, and parties.
