This Top floor two bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment has wonderful water view to watch the sun set in the evening.
Space and privacy plus cafes, hairdresser and beautician all at your doorstep. Take a stroll to beautiful Snappermans beach and relax in calm protected waters perfect for the children or head around the corner to the Palm Beach surf beach for a bit more action. With plenty of restaurants and activities in the area you won’t be short of things to do.
Bedding configuration includes;
Queen bed, 2 singles and a double fold out sofa bed in lounge.
Main with ensuite with spa bath plus, additional bathroom with shower . Sleeps 4-6 guests.
The Iluka Apartments also offer a communal Pool with sun loungers and Barbeque area for apartment guests to enjoy.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
