This beautiful three bedroom Avalon Beach house is tucked away in the gum tress of Avalon, surrounded by the amazing wild life and flora of the Northern Beaches, just minutes from Avalon beach.
The moment you enter this home your holiday vibes will begin. Kick off your shoes and relax in the comfortable lounge or take in the beautiful breeze from the sun-drenched north facing balcony with a drink in hand.
Angophora boasts a large well equiped kitchen which flows to a lounge and dining area.
A north facing deck has a large outdoor timber setting overlooking the beautiful gardens, and invites the wonderful bird life of the Northern Beaches to join you. It has three lovely bedrooms, a king (or two king singles) a queen and a double. It boasts a bathroom upstairs and a toilet powder room in the laundry downstairs.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
