This beautiful three bedroom Avalon Beach house is tucked away in the gum tress of Avalon, surrounded by the amazing wild life and flora of the Northern Beaches, just minutes from Avalon beach. The moment you enter this home your holiday vibes will begin. Kick off your shoes and relax in the comfortable lounge or take in the beautiful breeze from the sun-drenched north facing balcony with a drink in hand. Angophora boasts a large well equiped kitchen which flows to a lounge and dining area. A north facing deck has a large outdoor timber setting overlooking the beautiful gardens, and invites the wonderful bird life of the Northern Beaches to join you. It has three lovely bedrooms, a king (or two king singles) a queen and a double. It boasts a bathroom upstairs and a toilet powder room in the laundry downstairs. . The garden is fantastic and has an amazing timber cubby ready for hours of fun for the kids. Avalon Beach is a surfing beach and has a 25-metre salt water rock pool at the south end. The Village has been called a little Byron Bay and has some great shops to browse through and a plethora of cafe’s and great places for dinner. There’s a cinema, several bars and supermarkets. Perfect for that beach holiday.
