Nestled in a small neighborhood at the base of the mountain, this modern house was completely remodeled in 2022 and ready for you! Timber’s Tavern has a quiet location right off of Main Street. There is also a fenced yard for the kids and pets (dogs) to enjoy.
As you enter the property you will find a fireplace embedded in gorgeous white rock. There is enough seating in the living room for everyone to gather around for family game night after a long day on the mountain.
The dining room has a table big enough to seat 6 and is close to the kitchen where you will find new appliances such as a fridge, stove, a microwave, and a dishwasher. Make a cup of coffee in the mornings with the coffee maker in the kitchen. Find the laundry room with a washer and dryer just through the kitchen. There is also a half bath on the first floor.
Take the stairs to the second floor where you will find all 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The 1st bedroom has a queen size bed and a tv for you to enjoy in the evenings. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a private bathroom connected to it. The third bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds. Two twin beds and 2 queen beds make up this large room.
High-Speed WiFi makes this a great property for those who work remotely! Washer and Dryer are available for guests’ usage. This property is not pet-friendly. Trailer parking is available. All reservations are subject to our rental terms and conditions and cancellation/refund policy. In the event of a cancelation, merchant service charges are non-refundable. If you have any questions, please reach out prior to your stay.
**Please note that during the fall of 2024 and spring/summer of 2025 the town of Red River will be replacing waterlines. Their normal working hours are from 7am-5pm Monday-Friday; however, there might be times that they have to conduct work during the weekends. You can expect traffic distributions and temporary water outrages while they are working. Please note that on-street residential parking might not be available during construction. During these times, access to Red River and Pioneer Creek recreational area might be reduced or diverted. Please be aware that any construction or town activity is not in our control.
