Good Hart Haven is a stunning newly renovated cedar home on scenic Lamkin Road, located at the north end of the Tunnel of Trees. A new sauna in 2025! (Guest access fee of $150). The main level features a modern kitchen style with open shelving and stainless appliances overlooking the natural hillside. The great room has warm cedar finishes with comfortable textile furnishings, a gas fireplace and a wall of windows that offer glistening peeks of Lake Michigan and the surrounding natural woodlands. A primary king ensuite and two queen bedrooms and a full bath are on the main level. A trundle bed and desk area are available in the loft area. The home has A/C and ceiling fans in living areas and in bedrooms for maximum comfort. The lower level has a second living room with relaxing furnishings and plenty of natural light, Smart TV, and a great selection of books and children’s toys. The wood fireplace on this level is not available for guest use. A queen bedroom and full bath are also located on this level. All living areas are spacious and offer a large family the necessary level of privacy and comfort. The expansive deck area off the great room has an outdoor table set and gas grill offering guests a nature inspired dining experience. Good Hart Haven is pet-friendly with a maximum of two dogs allowed. Pet Fees are additional. All dogs must be approved by Holiday Vacation Rentals prior to arrival. Middle Village Beach is a public beach that is two minutes away from Good Hart Haven. Free parking is available. A natural wood boardwalk takes you through the trees to the sugar sand beaches on Lake Michigan. (No pets are allowed on the beach.) Bring your beach gear and spend the day soaking up the sun and swimming in the fresh waters of Lake Michigan. After a day at the beach, connect with your loved ones over outdoor meals or around the fire pit. The charming communities of Harbor Springs and Petoskey are nearby and offer a memorable day in town to explore great shopping and specialty restaurants!
