The main level has a generous open layout featuring a sophisticated kitchen, dining nook, convenient work desk, and ample counter seating. The elegant formal dining room is ideal for hosting up to eight guests, while the living room offers a comfortable area for reading or quiet conversations.
Adjoining is a family room complete with a wet bar and a 65-inch Smart TV, seamlessly flowing onto an expansive deck with panoramic views of the fairway and natural surroundings. Relaxation awaits under the retractable awning where there are comfortable patio furnishings, perfect for dining and unwinding in the tranquil setting.
Upstairs, discover four bedrooms and three full baths, that accommodate up to eight guests. Two king bedroom suites, a queen bedroom, and a full bedroom (sharing a Jack-and-Jill bathroom) provide luxurious comfort, with the primary king bedroom suite boasting a private deck.
Designed for entertainment, the finished lower level is an entertainment haven featuring a pool table, foosball, air hockey, wet bar, TV lounge, and a full bathroom.
Birchwood Farms Golf and Country Club has three stunning nine-hole courses, a practice range, pro shop, and tennis and pickleball courts. There are also bocce lanes, a seasonal heated outdoor pool, a children’s pool, and fitness center. Dining options include an outdoor deck overlooking the lush grounds, poolside meal at the halfway house, lounge and dining room.
Access to Birchwood’s amenities is available during your stay, with a nominal Access Fee of $750 (May 1-September 30) or $250 (October 1-April 30). Please note: Birchwood Farms Golf & Country Club issues a maximum of six guest passes per rental home.
