The luxurious Bluffs Edge at Birchwood is located in the Birchwood Farms Golf & Country Club community. Nestled among majestic birches and evergreens, this lovely home offers two levels of living space with four bedrooms, two & 1/2 baths and can comfortably accommodate up to eight guests.
The main level features an open concept living area with two beautiful living rooms (with A/C split), gas fireplaces, chef style kitchen and island with seating for four, a gathering table with seating for eight, and a private king primary suite (with A/C split). All living areas offer sweeping views of the natural surroundings.
The lower level features a beautiful entertainment room, Smart TV, gas fireplace, board games, wet bar with refrigerated wine cooler, and outdoor decking and patio furnishings. Two queen bedrooms, bunk bedroom (one queen lower bunk, two twin), single sleeper chair, and one bath provide families the necessary privacy and comfort. (Note: The lower level of the home does not have A/C.) Enjoy your favorite cocktails and alfresco dining in the three-season porch and evening around the crackling firepit.
The garage is available to store all your adventure gear. The hot tub is available for a soothing soak after a day spent on the slopes or golf course!
Bluffs Edge is pet-friendly with a maximum of two dogs allowed. Pet Fees are additional. All dogs must be approved by Holiday Vacation Rentals prior to arrival. (There is a $200 non-refundable pet fee for one dog, $400 for two dogs).
Birchwood Farms Golf and Country Club amenities include 27-holes of golf, driving range, racquet sports, seasonal heated outdoor pool, fitness center, hiking trails, groomed cross country ski trails, and Clubhouse dining. If you would like to use any of Birchwood’s amenities during your stay, you may opt-in to the Access Fee of $750 (May 1-September 30) or $250 (October 1-April 30). Payment along with submission of corresponding paperwork completed prior to your arrival.
