Penthouse Mirador 5B is a modern and stylish holiday flat located in an excellent area close to the beaches of La Torrecilla and Playa Chucho in Nerja. It is west of the Balcon de Europa, just a few minutes away. The location of the flat is perfect, with a variety of bars, supermarkets, shops and restaurants in the surrounding area, allowing you to enjoy all the amenities and dining options the area has to offer.
The flat is located on the 5th floor of the Mirador de Nerja building and consists of a cosy living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and two bedrooms. The layout and interior design of the flat are comfortable and functional, providing a pleasant atmosphere for guests.
An outstanding feature of the Penthouse Mirador 5B is its spacious 50m2 private terrace, which has a south-facing orientation to enjoy the sun for a large part of the day. On this terrace, guests can relax on sun loungers, enjoy a delicious meal or simply have a drink in a Chill Out atmosphere. This outdoor area offers additional space to enjoy the Mediterranean climate and panoramic views.
The flat is also equipped with air conditioning and heating in all rooms, ensuring a comfortable stay at any time of the year. In addition, guests are provided with high-speed internet access, allowing them to stay connected and enjoy digital entertainment during their stay.
As for the layout of the rooms, the flat has two bedrooms. One of them has a double bed, while the other has two single beds, making it ideal for families, groups of friends or couples looking for comfort and privacy.

Parking situation in the area:
In Nerja you can park on the street for free. During the low season, finding a parking space is relatively easy due to the low traffic, but during the high season, we recommend using public car parks such as Plaza España to avoid any inconvenience.
