Located 3 minutes walking distance to the gated resort amenities including waterpark, tiki bar, ice cream parlor, fitness center and much more! The bright spacious living area has a large sectional sofa and HD television to relax. High speed wifi and cable TV are included. The space leads out to the rear patio which faces south with a lawn and mature trees behind, enjoying the sunshine throughout the day. The kitchen is stocked with everything you may need to cater for your family, as well as new stainless steel appliances. There is also a coffee bar to get you started in the morning, including 3 premium coffee makers for either coffee beans, ground coffee, or Keurig pods. Grab a quick bite at the breakfast counter, or share a meal together at the dining table. Additional to the sophisticated master bedroom downstairs with kingsize bed and ensuite bathroom, the primary master is located upstairs. This room also features a kingsize bed, ensuite bathroom plus a private balcony! There are two bedrooms the children will love, each with one twin bed and one bunk bed (full below and twin above). One is themed with princesses, and the other with Star Wars – sure to delight the kids. These two bedroom share a bathroom, and there is a further half bath downstairs. The Regal Palms Resort is a spectacular gated community boasting a family- friendly water park with its own lazy river and water slides, a sand volleyball court, games arcade, plus a high class fitness center. Need to relax? The spa is just the place to unwind after a day at the parks! Or why not sit with a cool drink and watch the sun go down at the Tiki Bar? If you’re feeling hungry, there is also an on-site restaurant, or you can BBQ at one of the areas located throughout the community. A $20 + tax daily fee is payable to the resort on check-in at the clubhouse and provides all-access to the facilities, which if requested we can pay on your behalf for an easy arrival.
