The Bernabeu Place apartments are located in the heart of Chamartín, one of the most trendy districts in the north of the capital thanks to its distinguished gastronomic offering; important streets such as Paseo de la Castellana, Príncipe de Vergara and Paseo de La Habana; also the world-renowned Santiago Bernabéu stadium, training base of Real Madrid.
This area also has outdoor spaces such as Berlín Park, the Garden of Fine Arts, and Alfonso XIII Park; imposing and modern office buildings such as the four towers financial centre.
Its strategic location allows for a quick and comfortable connection to the centre of Madrid and the rest of the city thanks to its proximity to the Plaza de Castilla bus interchange, which also has metro lines 9, 10 and 1 (direct to Gran Vía).
It is also close to Chamartín station, with regional and commuter train lines.
The apartment:
This charming apartment with capacity to accommodate 6 people is located on the fourth floor of a building with a lift.
Its comfortable layout and modern design integrate the dining area, a modern American-style kitchen equipped with high-end utensils and appliances, and a spectacular living room with a double sofa bed, smart TV, and decorative elements that make the space a place to enjoy at any time of the day, all in the same space.
It has two bedrooms, one with two single beds and another equipped with a double bed that also features a cosy private balcony. The apartment, furthermore, has two modern full bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub.
The property has internet access and air conditioning in all rooms.
The cot is subject to availability. Please advise a maximum of 5 days in advance.
Property conditioning works will be carried out until further notice.
The change from heating to air conditioning in the apartment boiler will be carried out at the beginning of June, and in turn, the change from air conditioning to heating will be carried out in mid-October, in accordance with the protocols established by the community.

IMPORTANT: This property is exclusively available for seasonal rentals, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Stays for tourist purposes are not permitted.
The guest must prove the reason for their stay (for example, temporary transfer for work, studies, medical treatments or care of a family member) and will sign a seasonal rental contract upon arrival.
The online check-in is mandatory through the MitHouse app, where guests’ identity document photos will be requested.
Respect: For good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment has a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests must comply with the established rest periods at all times.
The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration for each guest, prior to accessing the apartment.
Please contact our team 48 hours before arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. Property Manager is not responsible for any delay in entering the apartment for not having carried out said prior process.
