Overlooking the Aegean, Villa Iokasti is only a 5 minute drive from Porto Heli’s traditional harbor with the beautiful yachts, picturesque sea-food restaurants, crafts and souvenir shops, the local bakeries, fishmongers and vegetable shops and only a stone’s throw away from the cosmopolitan Spetses island. Upon arrival our villa manager will help you decide amongst a variety of daily excursions, as well as provide you directions to all the useful locations in the region. As soon as you reach the property, you are welcomed by the beautiful garden, filled with grapes, orange, lemon and pomegranate trees whilst the picturesque cobbled paths lead you to a cornucopia of rose bushes, wild flowers and bougainvilleas.
The inviting patio is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the cool summer breeze in the afternoon, while the 50 sq m pool, overlooking the sea, is always inviting for sunbathing, diving into the cool waters or even a romantic...

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
