Villa Iokasti

Overlooking the Aegean, Villa Iokasti is only a 5 minute drive from Porto Heli’s traditional harbor with the beautiful yachts, picturesque sea-food restaurants, crafts and souvenir shops, the local bakeries, fishmongers and vegetable shops and only a stone’s throw away from the cosmopolitan Spetses island. Upon arrival our villa manager will help you decide amongst a variety of daily excursions, as well as provide you directions to all the useful locations in the region. As soon as you reach the property, you are welcomed by the beautiful garden, filled with grapes, orange, lemon and pomegranate trees whilst the picturesque cobbled paths lead you to a cornucopia of rose bushes, wild flowers and bougainvilleas. The inviting patio is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the cool summer breeze in the afternoon, while the 50 sq m pool, overlooking the sea, is always inviting for sunbathing, diving into the cool waters or even a romantic night swim under the stars. If you enjoy a bit of exercise, a small basketball court is at your disposal. The pool bar and BBQ offer you the opportunity for light snacks, cool drinks or fun BBQ nights by the pool. A cobbled path leads from the pool area directly to a secluded fishing spot. The interior of the villa is inviting, with cozy décor, breathtaking views and spacious rooms. The living room is joined with the dining room, offering a comfortable sitting area with TV,  dvd player, wifi, and a small office station with all the essentials (pc, printer, fax). The kitchen is well equipped with all the necessary facilities (dishwasher, microwave, ice machine, espresso and filter coffee machines). There is also a laundry room equipped with a dryer, for your convenience. All rooms are finished in rich tones and traditional décor. The villa offers daily maid service, while linens are changed every 3 days. All sleeping areas share a bathroom with shower. Your pets are also welcome at Villa Irini. A restaurant and a café lie within 50 metres, and a mini market can be found within 3 km. Free private parking is available on the premises.
