Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- Silence: from 12:00 to 15:00 and from 21:00 to 8:00.
- To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal.
- We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

- Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
- Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
- Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
- Palermo Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.
- For all late check-ins from 21:30 to 01:30, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following:
- EUR 15 between 21:30 and 23:00
- EUR 20 between 23:00 and 00:00
- EUR 30 between 00:00 and 01:30
- Late check-ins are not available after 01:30.
- The city tax has to be paid in cash: €2,00 per person per night of stay.
