Wonderful sea-view villa with pool and terrace in Santa Tecla, near Acireale.
The villa is located within a residence, but at the same time it has absolute privacy, and spreads over three levels. On the ground floor is a living room with sofas and a dining table. A door gives access to the back garden. Going down some stairs you reach another living area with an open-plan kitchen, an additional dining table and some sofas facing a stone fireplace. A bedroom equipped with a queen-size bed is also located on this floor.
On the first floor, on the other hand, there are two more bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and a balcony overlooking the pool, and one with two single beds. Three bathrooms, two of which are complete with showers and one with a toilet, complete the layout.
Washing machine, iron, air conditioning throughout, heat pump heating, and free wi-fi will be available to guests.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
