Villa Leone with Pool

Wonderful sea-view villa with pool and terrace in Santa Tecla, near Acireale. The villa is located within a residence, but at the same time it has absolute privacy, and spreads over three levels. On the ground floor is a living room with sofas and a dining table. A door gives access to the back garden. Going down some stairs you reach another living area with an open-plan kitchen, an additional dining table and some sofas facing a stone fireplace. A bedroom equipped with a queen-size bed is also located on this floor. On the first floor, on the other hand, there are two more bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and a balcony overlooking the pool, and one with two single beds. Three bathrooms, two of which are complete with showers and one with a toilet, complete the layout. Washing machine, iron, air conditioning throughout, heat pump heating, and free wi-fi will be available to guests. The highlight of the villa is definitely the spacious outdoor spaces. A large private garden runs around the property, where the private pool is also located. Here guests can relax during hot summer days, finding coolness under the olive trees in the garden. There is also a communal swimming pool in the residence, which can be reached without going out onto the road, and access to the sea where a solarium is set up in season. The private pool is open from April 1st to October 31st, while the shared pool is open from June 1st to October 31st. Guests will benefit from three outdoor parking slots outside the property. *Upon arrival or a few days before your arrival you may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations. Not to be missed is a visit to the Norman Castle of Aci Castello, which stands on a basalt cliff, with an extremely rare rocky composition, formed after a marine eruption over 500,000 years ago. The town is located a few kilometers from Catania, famous for its historic center recognized by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site. Its architectural wonders, but also the liveliness of the popular markets, the wild beauty of Etna and the crystal-clear water of the coast will seduce even the most demanding guests.
