Villa Ninon is a luxury holiday residence part of a complex of three villas occupying a secluded and tranquil peninsula on the sea, designated as a conservation area on the north western coast of the island of Samos, near Karlovasi town. The cluster of the three beautiful private villas and the discreetly withdrawn reception cottage are set in a 40.000 m2 orchard reaching from a lush pine forest down to the crystal Aegean Sea. The north- westerly location benefits from the prevailing northerly Mistral during the summer months, which keeps the area several degrees cooler than the southern part of the island. The villas’ stucco finish replicates the colors of the earth and the pebbles of the nearby beaches, while the traditional dry-stone walls were built by local stone masons, creating a setting that is in perfect harmony with the natural surrounding. Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
