The three-bedroom house in Chalkidiki is designed to make you feel like home with modern design elements that combine the beauty of nature with the luxurious environment. Our stone-built Ground Floor Villa in Halkidiki has a total surface of 50 m² and can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of one master bedroom with Queen sized double bed, a second bedroom with two single beds, a fully-equipped kitchen in a single space along with the dining table and the living room and finally a bathroom with a shower and all the necessary amenities our guests need.
Outside at your veranda on the deck, you can find an outdoor living room with a shadow tent and a deckchair to enjoy day or night your relaxed stay.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
