The Home
Villa Iole is a vast property on the top of the hill in Houlakia, over the homonym beach, in Mykonos. Thanks to its dominant position, the villa offers clear views of the town of Mykonos and of other nearby islands such as Delos, Syros and Tinos. On the West side, a stunning view of the sunset can be enjoyed from the house. The villa is built on three levels: The lower level, in which lies a large living room along with three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and access to the garden. The middle level that has a modern and well equipped kitchen together with the dining room, and a comfortable lounge that gives access to the terrace.
The white staircase leads to the master bedroom on the upper floor, which has an amazing view of the garden, the sea and the pool. It also has a luxurious open-space bathroom with a Jacuzzi and a large double vanity.

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
