Villa Stegadi is a luxurious 630m2 villa in the seaside upscale area of Glyfada, very close to the center of Athens. Villa Stegadi includes a garden with private pool, sauna, billiards /pool room, recreation area with treadmill & table football and a wine cellar. The pool is also equipped with a Jet Swim option which can be used for exercise or just plain fun! This three-level luxurious villa offers all modern comforts and entertainment options. Ground Floor:
Composed of a large sitting room with a grand piano, a dining area, a spacious kitchen and a WC. The lounge leads straight out to the private swimming pool area, where you will find sun beds, umbrellas, a big marble table and plenty of garden space.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
