Villa Lady a modern villa located at the first level on the hill of Kokkinagkremos area. The property is located at the best spot of the area with a view to the Psalidi canyon and full front sea view. The property is a luxurious villa with 3 comfortable bedrooms with box spring mattresses. There’s a large bathroom at the top floor and one downstairs for easier access.

The villa is decorated with high class modern furniture and a bright orange color fully equippedkitchen. The living room overlooks at the sea view and has a large curved smart Tv, free Wi-Fi and international satellite channels.

At the external area, the villa offers 5 outdoor dinning areas following the sun and all 5 of them with spectacular view.

At the top level there’s an overflow infinity private swimming pool and at the lower level a kids friendly pool and a Jacuzzi next to the bbq area.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
