The “Sima Villa” consist of three independent, excellent, newly built houses on the beautiful and unspoiled Cycladic Island of Serifos. They are located on a large and spacious estate in a wonderful location, situated on a hill to the south of the Rammos village, with breathtaking views: to the Aegean and the islands as well as to the island’s ‘capital’, the Hora, spectacularly situated at the top of a mountain. The three villas are open and airy with lots of windows allowing plenty of natural light and providing wonderful views from all rooms.They are cool in the summer because of the prevailing northerly winds.
This is a beautiful and cozy house with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The decoration follows the minimal and elegant style of the Cyclades islands. Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
