The villa of 155 sqm is located 1 km from the scenic village of Vasiliki while the beach is only 20 meters away. The beach is ideal for water sports lovers and families with kids given the sandy coastline and the shallow waters. On the first level a large bedroom with en-suite bathroom is located. The bedroom is equipped with a King size bed, a sofa bed, furniture with mirror, a spacious wardrobe, 22′ TFT TV and a HI-FI system. It is accessible indoors and outdoors through an independent entrance. The bathroom is fully equipped and contains a Jacuzzi bathtub.
The second level, up the stairs, includes a bedroom with balcony and a bathroom with bathtub. The room is equipped with two single beds, a spacious wardrobe, a bookcase, a furniture with mirror, a TFT 22′ TV and a HI-FI system.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
