Villa Romana was designed and built in 1935 by a French Architect strongly influenced by the Art Deco era. It was well preserved over the years, almost a landmark of the area of Loutraki. Only 70 m from the pebble beach, fully renovated to its former glory, it is now an elegant Villa of 159 m2 with 4 bedrooms, spacious living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, separate utility floor, swimming pool, orange garden. While preserving all original art deco elements with its original oak stairs, wood flooring, terrazzo tiles and its stunning furniture, the villa now combines beautifully many modern amenities to create a contemporary ambiance for an idyllic getaway all year round.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
