“Ananda,” or bliss in Sanscrit is the name of our Upper Riviera zen retreat featuring 1.05 acres of panoramic mountain views and gorgeous ocean vistas towards Montecito and the Bird Refuge. This elegant, contemporary, newly renovated home captures the essence of indoor-outdoor living with walls of glass that bring the glorious views inward. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
- Guests who book a home or villa that is located in the state of California may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 24-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 3 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- No Pets or Service Animals are allowed.
- No party rentals or hosted events.
- Check-in: 3:00pm or later.
- Check-out: 10:00am or earlier.
- Quiet Hours are 9:00pm - 9:00am, please be respectful of our neighbors.
- Guest must electronically sign a Reservation Agreement (emailed to Guest upon booking).
- Minimum Age of Person Making Reservation: 40 years or older.
