PLEASE NOTE (COMMUNAL PROPERTY - AREA RESTRICTIONS): The Sea Captain’s House and The Sea Captain’s Loft are on the same property. Both units are available through Property Manager to rent together or separately!
The Property contains communal areas that are restricted and off limits to the guests of The Sea Captain’s Loft. Restricted areas include the back patio area, yoga studio, spa, and all recreation items.
