Located on a historic street, one of the oldest in Downtown Santa Barbara, you’ll be just one block from lower State Street, four from the Funk Zone, and six blocks from the beach. Don’t feel like walking? We hear you. The property includes four beach cruiser bicycles so you can pedal like the locals.
The home itself has been renovated for prime comfort and relaxation. The open concept kitchen leads into the Dining Area and Living Room with a stone fireplace as a warm focal point. Luxurious sheets and linens are provided for each of the three Bedrooms to ensure a good night’s sleep. The private backyard includes a fully fenced patio, barbecue, and outdoor dining table to take in the stars and unwind.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
- Guests who book a home or villa that is located in the state of California may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 24-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 3 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
