The first house of the complex of the villas that the visitor encounters coming from the main road is the Villa “Fish”. Just over 70 m. from the Livadi beach, the house “Fish” is developed at two levels, ground and first floor, in a total area of 54.00 sq. m. that can accommodate 3 people. The traditional living room with the characteristic gkrizoles (carved wooden decorative shelves of Astypalaia’s tradition) and the fully equipped kitchen are located on the ground floor, as well as a spacious bathroom. A traditional wooden white staircase leads to the first floor where the air-conditioned bedroom is located with a double bed and it’ s own spacious bathroom equipped with hydro-massage. The view from the balcony of the bedroom with paneled traditional banister is unobstructed to the Aegean Sea, the castle, the town and the Livadi beach.

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
