Villa Fish

The first house of the complex of the villas that the visitor encounters coming from the main road is the Villa “Fish”. Just over 70 m. from the Livadi beach, the house “Fish” is developed at two levels, ground and first floor, in a total area of 54.00 sq. m. that can accommodate 3 people. The traditional living room with the characteristic gkrizoles (carved wooden decorative shelves of Astypalaia’s tradition) and the fully equipped kitchen are located on the ground floor, as well as a spacious bathroom. A traditional wooden white staircase leads to the first floor where the air-conditioned bedroom is located with a double bed and it’ s own spacious bathroom equipped with hydro-massage. The view from the balcony of the bedroom with paneled traditional banister is unobstructed to the Aegean Sea, the castle, the town and the Livadi beach. The same magnificent view has the private courtyard of the villa which is located in front of the entrance and it is covered with a white pergola. Around the house there are small courtyards with seating mason “bench” (sofas) where guests can spend hours of relaxation and tranquility enjoying food and coffee or reading a book. The “Fish” house has its own parking space at a level below the ground floor and is very close to Livadi Beach. It also has its own safe and luggage compartment for better service to tenants.
