The complex of the luxury beachfront detached homes is located in the traditional settlement of Livadi in the island of Astypalaia (pronounced as ‘asti–pa–le-a’), carved into a rock hillside overlooking the beautiful Venetian castle and Chora, the island’s capital, as well as the beautiful beach of Livadi. The houses are built according to the traditional architecture. The white and blue colours dominate both in the exterior and interior. Each independent house is located at a different height and has its own courtyard and entrance. The complex reminds of the white cubic houses around the castle in Chora, with their whitewashed staircases. One of the architect’s goals was the harmonious integration of the complex into the landscape, respecting the surrounding environment and distinctive Astypalitian landscape. Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
