Villa Vallis is located at the west part of Naxos, the beautiful and the largest island of the Cyclades group. It is situated on a slope with amazing views to the sea and the neighbouring island of Paros. It is only 150 meters from the beach.The villa built and furnished in a modern style has a total surface of 130 square meters in a private garden of 550 square meters and a swimming pool.
The villa consists of three bedrooms and three bathrooms with shower. There is a spacious living and dining room, including a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee, toaster, Fridge/Refrigerator, Kitchen with oven)
The Villa is located at the west part of Naxos, just 5 km from the port and the Town (Chora) of Naxos. This can be the perfect starting point for swimming at the most famous and gorgeous beaches of the island, visits to the sites of interest of Naxos, activities for the family...

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
