Villa Emeraude is overlooking the crystal waters of the Ionian Sea and it stands in its own grove over 10.000 m2, planted with cypress, oaks and olive trees, ensuring total peace, privacy and relax. Villa Emeraude has its own access to the beach via the private glass lifts. The property has a unique architectural layout and can be occupied on 2 or 3 levels depending on the number of guests staying. The main building is divided into 3 levels each consisting of 250 m2 (with the total inside area for all 3 levels being 750 m2) where each level is connected to the next by marble steps, stone roads and pergolas.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
