Villa Bacchus

Villa Bacchus is part of a complex of five independent luxurious villas near the village of Pera Melana and on the beach of Kissakas. Built in 2009, they are in perfect harmony with their surroundings and the natural beauty of the area. The villas are built on a lush and verdant slope, amidst a grove of olive, almond, pear, lemon and palm trees, on a beautiful beach that is not accessible by road. Descending a combination of steps and ramps through a thicket of plane trees, you will come upon the secluded beach of Kissakas. The terrain is located on the coast of Arcadia in the southeastern Peloponnese, on the slope of the mountain Parnon, which enters the sea, between Tyros (5 km) and Leonidio (15 km). The complex is about 2.5 hours from "El. Venizelos" Athens International Airport (210 km). A quiet and dreamy setting, in harmony with the infinite blue of the sky and sea and the lapping waves, offers a view of the islands of Spetses and Spetsopoula, and the virgin landscape with a magical sunrise and romantic full moon. The villas provide a level of comfort that you would expect to find in your own holiday home, creating the ideal conditions to help you escape your daily routine and feel rejuvenated! Villa Bacchus covers 170m2 on two levels, it is stone built and can accommodate 8 to 10 guests. On the ground floor there is the living room with a fireplace, comfortable furniture, Satellite TV and stereo, an open plan dining area and a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator with freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, four ring stove). At the same level there is also a spacious bath with bathtub/WC and a guest room (double bed with no view). The first floor consists of three air-conditioned bedrooms all with panoramic sea view and terraces, two with double beds and one twin and a bathroom. Free internet is available in all areas. Outdoors the villa offers a large private terrace of 120 m2, with an unobstructed view of the sea and the islands opposite; garden table with chairs, 4 sunbeds, a parasol, a portable BBQ, and parking for two cars.
