Situated a short distance from the riverside with its scenic views of the Eiffel Tower, Beaugrenelle and Passerelle Debilly, this apartment is an ode to artistic creativity with its adventurous transitions in colour and inspired paintings (all by the hands of the owners themselves). A passion for art is something of a pre-requisite in this cultured district of Paris, with the Museum of Modern Art just moments from the front door...
LIVING AREA
A testament to classical Parisian design, the capacious living area is abundant with natural light and strikes an accordant air with its vibrant accents of blue. An opulent glass chandelier, statement artwork, piano and decorative fireplace lends an enlightened feel to the lounge area, replete with two royal blue sofas, leather armchairs and a coffee table. Adjoining this space, the formal drawing room is elegantly styled in red and hosts a workspace, TV and reading nook.
DINING AREA & KITCHEN
The dining area and fully equipped kitchen embraces a contemporary mood with its modern seating area and smart fusion of stainless-steel appliances amidst vibrant neon red units.
BEDROOMS
With its backdrop of a wintry woodland scene to help you drift into a gentle slumber, the principal suite offers a plush double bed, generous wardrobe space and a contemporary en-suite bathroom. Gentle accents of green bring a calmful mood to the second bedroom, equipped with an elevated single bed, desk and sofa.
With peaceful views out across the street below, the third bedroom accentuates this property’s period charms and hosts a single bed, desk and sofa. Buoyant in bright shades of blue, the fourth bedroom is situated on the top floor and is equipped with a double bed. It’s a more subtle affair in the final bedroom, where neutral tones bring a peaceful ambience to a spacious room hosting a double bed and desk.
BATHROOMS
Echoing the serene atmosphere of the principal suite, the en-suite bathroom is equipped with a corner bath, overhead shower and wash basin. Multicoloured tiling brings a playful air to the second bathroom which comprises a bath, toilet and double wash basin. Situated on the top floor, the third bathroom is arresting in its ochre hues and presents a walk-in shower, wash basin and toilet. A separate WC can also be found on the ground floor.
BALCONY
Offering room for two, the balcony seating area offers a romantic vantage point for couples to enjoy the majesty of this upscale quarter of Paris.
