Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- Thank you for considering my property! A few things to note:
- -The best way to reach me is via this site. Listings are monitored from 9 am to 5pm daily. Inquires and bookings sent after this time will be processed and answered the next day.
- -Check in is via the front desk of the property, and they are available to assist you 24/7 upon arrival. Please make sure the credit/debit card used to pay the deposit is presented with ID for check in. You can pay the balance of the stay on another credit/debit card if you want at check-in at the front desk as long as the card holder is present.
- -Linens, towels, and parking are all included with your stay. Bed linens and bath towels are fully laundered between every stay at a professional off-site facility using industrial grade washers and dryers, providing the highest level of cleanliness and sanitation.
- -For your convenience, the kitchen has a coffee pot, basic cookware and utensils. Condiments and specialty items are not included. Coffee is not provided in the unit.
- -Housekeeping: Due to Covid, housekeeping staff are not entering occupied units. While full service cleaning is not done in the units, daily trash and towel service is provided during the stay. Your cleaning fee covers the cleaning, sanitizing and reset of the condo after you check out, so you do not need to do any cleaning when checking out.
- -Please remember that this is a Non-smoking property, including the balcony.
- -No Motorcycles, RVs or Trailers are allowed on Property.
- -No Pets are permitted (except registered service animals).
- -All occupants must be 25 years of age or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- Listed below are some cleanliness highlights you can expect when you stay at my condo:
- - Housekeepers will be taking additional steps between each stay to ensure optimal cleanliness prior to your arrival. High touch surfaces, such as light switches, knobs, remotes, and countertops are being thoroughly disinfected with recommended COVID-19 specific EPA cleaning solutions. Our housekeeping team routinely takes inventory of kitchen items, ensuring you have all the essentials to safely prepare meals in the comfort and privacy of your condo.
- - All resort common areas will be frequently cleaned throughout each day using COVID-19 specific EPA cleaning solutions by the resort staff. This includes elevators, lobbies, pool amenities, handrails, lounge chairs, public bathrooms, fitness centers and more.
- - All keys and pool passes are sanitized prior to being put in your check-in envelope.
- -Hurricane Policy:
- Refunds are only offered if the Governor of South Carolina orders a mandatory evacuation of the zone where the resort is located. If no mandatory evacuation is ordered, the deposit or payments received can be used on another booking with one calendar year, but no refund will be offered.
