The villa is located in the traditional village of Vamos 25 kms away from the city of Chania 32 kms from the international airport which is directly connected to many major European cities, 20 kms from Souda port and 5 kms from the beaches of the northern part of Crete. Based in Vamos someone can easily access the archaelogical sites of Cretan Minoan civilization(Knossos,Festos),organise excursions(Samaria gorge,pathways) and visit the famous lagoon beaches of southern and western Crete.
The house was originally built of stone in the early 19th century and wine was produced in the adjoining smaller building.The two buildings have been recently completely renovated keeping intact all the traditional architectural elements and using the top of construction materials.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
