Late Check-in after 8.00pm is possible on request with a fee of 50 euros, to be paid in cash on arrival. After midnight, the late check in fee increases to 100 euros.
The rental property is located within the ZTL area (Limited Traffic Area, accessible only by permanent residents and people with special permission) and does not offer on-site parking. The closest Parking is located in a walking distance from the rental property, so leaving the car there prior reaching the apartment is essential.
We would like to inform our valued guests that our rental property operates on a self-catering basis. This means that hotel-like services such as reception, accommodation surveillance, meal and beverage provision, daily cleaning, linen changes, and transfers are not included. We are pleased to offer additional services upon request, in collaboration with external qualified partners, and these will be charged accordingly. We strive to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all our guests. Each bathroom is equipped with amenities including towels, some rolls of toilet paper, toiletries kit.
