A beautiful villa in Porto Heli ( Ververonta ) 395 m2 to 4000 acres, 800 meters from the sea. Have a panoramic view to the lake of Ververonta, swimming pool 72 m2, BBQ area.It can accommodate 12 people in great comfort. The living area and the kitchen are very suitable for family entertainment, while children are able to stay in another area of the living room and play and watch television. The kitchen is very well equipped and spacious. The pool and its facilities are wonderful and enjoyable; there is a shaded area next to the pool and a very good BBQ facility. The rooms in the villa: The top floor has 3 bedrooms, each with shower and toilet, two of which are large enough to allow young children to stay with their parents. On the ground floor of the villa there is another small apartment with separate entrance from the central space (there is no connection between the two). Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
