Property Manager is proud to present Enontekiö 1270. Enontekiö 1270 is located in the middle of fairytale landscapes in Kilpisjärvi village. The landscape is dominated by clear fell lakes and Finland’s largest fells. The most famous of the fells is the steep Saana, at the foot of which the village is located.
Saana’s Lumous is a warm and well-equipped cabin. From the large windows, the wide fell landscape opens up to Ala-Kilpisjärvi, which you can admire in the warmth of the fireplace. The cabin’s windows are heated, so they stay clear even in the harshest winter weather.
430 km to the northwest from Rovaniemi, 170 km from Enontekiö municipality center, 90 m to the Ala-Kilpisjärvi shoreline, no own beach, low-traffic road between the beach and the cabin.

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
