It has 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed and 2 single beds, can accommodate 4 guests, also has a jacuzzi - a small pool on the balcony with a water heating system The house has a fully equipped kitchen with electrical appliances such as a coffee machine in which we provide cappuccino, espresso and chocolate coffee capsules, toaster, kettle, as well as all cooking utensils. We also offer oil, vinegar, Greek coffee with soda, sugar, tea. The apartment contains 1 bathroom with a shower and a WC. Fireplace in which there is the possibility of providing materials for lighting. Autonomous heating with radiator, hot water. It also has satellite TV and Wi-Fi. There is also the possibility to use a baby cot - playpen.

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
