Property Manager is proud to present Pelkosenniemi 1280. The cabin is made from massive silver log and it is located on a peaceful spot yet very near by all the services of the Pyhätunturi tourist center. The sun is shining all day long to the open porch outside. There is air heating pump in the cabin, which helps to warm up the cottage in the winter time and cools it in the summer time. Skiing and snow mobile tracks are very near by the cottage. Specialties of the cabin are good kitchen equipment, highchair for children, board games and two pairs of snowshoes for both adults and children. Not suitable for people with animal allergy!

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
