Property Manager is proud to present Pelkosenniemi 1274. Roomy log cabin with a great view to the fell of Pyhätunturi. There are two fireplaces in the cabin; one in each living room, and 3D TV in each floor. Parking space for 8 cars, own fireplace outside next to the cabin.
Mandatory final cleaning.
50 km north from Kemijärvi. 3 storey log cabin, built in 2011. In the middle floor there are two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, toilet with a shower and terrace. Upstairs one big bedroom (2 beds 80 x 200cm and one comfortable bed for 2 person), two smaller ones, TV room with a door and a convertible sofabed (140*200cm) and toilet with a shower. All bedrooms have two separate beds (80*200cm). Downstairs big living room with fireplace, sauna (electric stove), washroom (3 showers), dressing room, toilet and storage room with 2 drying cupboards. There is also a terrace in downstairs. Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
