Property Manager is proud to present Pelkosenniemi 1273. Well equipped quality cabin in the center of Pyhä Ski resort with ski in and out qualities. With lots of space, the cabin is suitable for several families or group of friends. Charging station for electric cars, capacity 11 kW.
Stone and wood cabin built in 2017, total 5 bedrooms.
In the basement: hobby and maintenance facilities, 2 bedrooms (room 1: 2 x 80cm single beds, room 2: 1 x 160cm double bed) Children’s playroom, laundry room, toilet and shower.
In the middle floor 2 bedrooms (room 1: 1 x 160cm double bed, room 2: 1 x 90cm single bed) kitchen, dining area and living room, sauna and shower, toilet and terrace.
Upstairs 1 bedroom with one bed 120cm and another 90cm, toilet, shower, at the open loft 1 single bed 90cm. Terrace with great view.
Carport for three cars, cold ski maintenance space and Internet connection.

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
