Property Manager is proud to present Sotkamo 1126. A wooden semi-detached apartment completed in 2006 in Vuokatti in the area of Jäätiönrinne.
Total area approx. 112 m², on three floors. On the middle floor, an open kitchen and living room, a dining set for 6-8. A bedroom with a double bed (160 cm). Separate toilet. In the open loft, separate beds for 4 (2 x 80 cm and 2 x 110 cm beds), the loft is open space. On the lowest floor, a room with a fireplace, with a sofa bed for 1-2 as an alternative bed, and a bedroom with a double bed (160 cm). Washroomtoilet and sauna (electric stove), in addition a small utility room (washing machine, cleaning equipment). There is a drying cabinet in the airing cupboard downstairs. In connection with the middle floor, a terracebalcony with garden furniture and an electric grill (in use during the summer).
Children’s equipment includes high chair, travel bed and potty.

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
